We have been busy...

The break from blogging has been theraputic and we have managed to keep busy.  Here are some highlights:

• We went camping in Door County, our favorite place in Wisconsin.  We actually ran into a family I recognized from their blog who just adopted their son Kellan from Korea, Jen was not there but I was able to meet the rest of her family.  Maybe next time Jen :)
• We have been both playing fantasy football.  I have not been doing too hot.  But hopefully today the tides will turn. 
• I bought a sewing machine and lots of fabric and patterns...but have not yet made a thing.  I am a bit nervous to start, but maybe soon.
• I signed up for a knitting class that will start in 2 weeks.  I am looking forward to trying some new crafts.  I always have good ideas, but have trouble executing them.  But I have to start somewhere.
• Fall is by far my favorite season, I love the smell of the leaves and the colors of the trees changing.  We went to a fall festival today and we got some cute Halloween decorations and enjoyed the sunshine.  It has been in the 60's and I love it.  I am definitely a jeans and sweatshirt kind of girl!

We have been praying for some sort of movement on the adoption front, I have been trying very hard to sit back and enjoy life and see what happens. We are trying to be patient, having lots of projects to do to keep me busy helps otherwise this would be a very long winter.  Fingers crossed for some news soon!
